Welcome to the page that will tell you all about apples and bananas. Apples originated when Johnny Appleseed planted them and bananas originated when ever people decided to make them. I don't know much about either of them. But since this is an assignment in my computer class I decided to do it on apples and bananas. So have fun reading what it is that I know!

Apples come in various colores, red, green, red and green mixed, kind of a yellow color and sometimes brown. They're are many types of apples to like gravenstine, granny smith, golden delicious, and fuji. People like different apples and sometimes they will judge them by the colore, texture, if they are bruised or not. But to me all apples are the same, except the rotton ones.
Now what about those bananas.
Bananas probably originated when the indians decided to make a yellow friut that was mushy and would taste good. Bananas don't come in various colores or various names. But they do come in diferent shapes and sizes. They're are little miniature bananas and then there are big bananas. That is basically the two types of bananas.Other than that I don't know that much about apples or bananas. But I do know the story of Johnny Appleseed so if you want to read it please do. The Story of Johnny Appleseed Johnny Appleseed spent 49 years of his life in the American wilderness planting apple seeds. Johnny Appleseeds real name was John Chapman. He was born September 26, 1774 in Massachusetts. He created apple orchards in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Ohio. After 200 years, some of those trees still bear apples.
Johnny Appleseeds dream was for a land where blossoming apple trees were everywhere and no one was hungry. A gentle and kind man, he slept outdoors and walked barefoot around the country planting apple seeds everywhere he went. It is even told that he made his drinking water from snow by melting it with his feet.
Johnny was a friend to everyone he met. Indians and settlers -- even the animals -- liked Johnny Appleseed. His clothes were made from sacks and his hat was a tin pot. He also used for his hat for cooking. His favorite book was the Bible.
There are many tales about Johnny Appleseed. It is said that once Johnny fell asleep and a rattlesnake tried to bite him, but the fangs would not go into his foot because his skin was as tough as an elephants hide. Another tale describes him playing with a bear family.
> Johnny Appleseed died in 1845. It was the only time he had been sick -- in over 70 years!!!
